HIPAA Business Associate Agreement required

Production use of the service with real patient, decedent or family information requires a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement between your facility and Record of Sale LLC before any protected health information is provided. Do not send protected health information to us by email, through the website forms, or in the demo.

Demo

The demo uses fictional sample data only and runs in your browser. It does not place calls or send texts or emails, and the documents it produces are marked as samples and must not be filed with any agency.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, submit false or unlawful information, or enter real patient information.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Record of Sale LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
