This website, nextofkinnotice.com, is operated by Record of Sale LLC (“we”, “us”). This draft notice explains what we collect on this website during early access. It will be updated before the service processes any real cases.

What we collect

• Early-access requests. If you submit the early-access form, we store the facility name, facility type, county, your name, work email, phone number (optional), licensed bed count (optional), the time of submission and your browser’s user-agent string.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

What we do not collect

The website does not accept patient information. The demo runs entirely in your browser with fictional sample data; nothing you type there is sent to us or stored by us, and no calls, texts or emails are sent. Please do not enter real patient or family information anywhere on this website.

How we use it

We use early-access information only to contact you about the service, plan onboarding and understand demand. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel and early-access requests are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in the United States. These providers process the data on our behalf.

Protected health information

Production use of the service to handle real cases will involve protected health information and will require a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement between the facility and Record of Sale LLC before any such information is shared. Those cases will be governed by that agreement, not by this website notice.

Retention and your choices

We keep early-access requests while early access is open and for a reasonable period afterward. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, and California residents may exercise their rights under applicable California privacy law, by writing to hello@nextofkinnotice.com.
